The counting of votes has officially started in several districts in Albania following the closing of polling stations at 7 p.m.
Kallamas village in Pustec, Korce was the first to report all ballots counted.
The Socialist Party won with a difference of 4 votes to the opposition Democratic Party: SP 118 votes, DP 114, and SMI 17 votes.
Pustec was the first municipality to start the counting, following by the northern Has municipality. The process is expected to start in several other districts before midnight.
