The State Election Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi declared that the vote-counting process has started in Pustec and afterwards voting material and ballot boxes will be submitted from the Voting Centre Commission to the electoral process administration zones.

Celibashi said that the transportation of ballot boxes and voting material is being conducted in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by CEC. He clarified that counting is still ongoing and that participation is estimated at around 48.2%, however the final results, in terms of voter turnout, will only be announced after gathering all the information from polling stations.
