In a statement for the press, the State Commissioner for the Elections, Ilirjan Celibashi has confirmed that a request by the leader of PSD, Tom Doshi to step down from his candidature has been submitted to CEC, but he emphasized that it hasn’t been processed yet and that every other step will be taken in accordance to the Electoral Code.

“Everything will be in accordance to the Electoral Code”, emphasized Celibashi while refusing to given any more comments regarding the matter.
