In the counting process of 22 ballot boxes in the municipality of Kelcyra, part of the electoral district of Gjirokaster, the Socialist Party is the winning force with 51.30% of vote, the Democratic Party has received 31.37% and the Socialist Movement for Integration 14.92% of votes.

Counting has also finished in the municipality of Konispol, part of the district of Vlora, and out of the total 16 boxes, the CEAZ no. 92, the SP has received 56.97% of votes, the Democratic Party, 34.53% and SMI, 5.94%.
