The electoral district with the highest number of invalid votes is Elbasan, with 4,892 invalid votes, followed by Fier with 4,159 and the third is Tirana with 4,010 confirmed invalid votes.

The district with the lower number of invalid votes is Gjirakaster with 1,503 votes, followed by Kukes with 1,663.

Berat is reported to have 2,073 invalid votes, Dibra 2,582, Durres 1,663, Shkodra 2,538, Korca 2,818, Lezha 1,760 and Vlora 2,319.
