Based on CEC data, until 16:00 p.m. the Socialist Party continues to lead the race, on the national level.
After the counting of 2.699 ballot boxes, on a national level, the Socialist Party has gotten 48.79%, DP 39.28% and SMI 7.05%.
In Shkoder, the Democratic Party is in the lead with 43.80% compared to SP, which only has 29.39% and SMI 9.20%.
In Kukes, DP leads with 62.94%, followed by SP with 35.24% and SMI 0.14%.
In Lezha, DP is also leading the race overwhelmingly with 45.16% against SP at 41.51% and SMI at 0.70%.
In Diber, the Socialist Party is currently in the lead with 45.26% of votes as opposed to DP with 44.09% and SMI with 6.97%.
In Durres, the Socialist Party is also confirmed to lead the race at 51.97%, followed by DP with 39.72% and SMI with 6.29 %.
In Tirana, which is the biggest electoral district in the country, the Socialist Party continues to be on the lead with 48.17% of votes, followed by DP with 39.38 % and SMI with 5.99%.
Likewise, in Elbasan the Socialist Party is ranked first with 55.75% of votes, followed by DP with 36.11% and SMI with 4.96%.
In Fier, the Socialist Party is ahead at 52.62% as opposed to DP with 37.57% and SMI with 7.1%.
In Berat, SP is the first party with 54.55%, DP 27.21% and SMI with 14.22%.
In the meantime, in Korca, the Socialist party has secured 46.97% of votes, DP 42.16% and SMI 7.45%.
In Vlora, when Edi Rama is running, SP has won 57.58%, DP 32.05% and SMI 6.16%.
In Gjirokaster, the Socialist Party has secured 55.41%, DP 28.47% and SMI 13.26%.
