The counting process for the municipalities of Librazhd, Cerrik and Belsh, part of the electoral district of Elbasan have all finished, giving the Socialist Party a clear advantage.

In Librazhd, the Democratic Party has won 5,000 votes, SP has won 10,000 votes and SMI 780 votes.

In Cerrik, SP has won 8,347 votes, Dp 4,227 and SMI 1,205.

In Belsh, SP took the lead by 5,700 votes, DP won 3,920 votes and SMI 118.

In the electoral district of Elbasan, the ballot counting process continues for the municipalities of Elbasan, Gramsh, Peqin and Prrenjas.
