The Socialist candidate running in Shkodra, Paulin Sterkaj visited local counting center #2.

He described Shkodra as “a special city” and that in every electoral process “it has received the message a bit too late”.

However, he considered that it’s still too early to jump to conclusions.

Sterkaj said that the landslide victory of the Democrats in Malesia e Madhe came as a surprise to him, and emphasized that it happened due to the large participation of new voters.

“I don’t think Shkodra will be penalized for any reason. We will step in Shkodra at any cost, even with few MPs”, he said.
