At a time, when 90.1 % of votes on a national level, have now been counted, in various electoral districts around the country, the ballot counting process is completely wrapped up.

This is the distribution of mandates for those electoral districts, where counting is officially closed.

Berat – 5 seats for SP, 2 seats for DP, SMI has lost its 2 seats from 2017.

Dibra – 2 seats for SP, 3 seats for DP.

Kukes – 1 seat for SP, 2 for DP.

Gjirokaster – 3 seats for SP, 1 for DP.

Elbasan – 9 seats for SP, 5 for DP.

Vlora – 8 seats for SP, 4 for DP. (2 boxes left uncounted)

Lezha – 3 seats for SP, 4 for DP (1 box left to count)

Fier – 9 seats for SP, 6 for DP, 1 for SMI (2 boxes to go)

Ballot counting is still going on in the electoral districts of Korca, Durres, Tirana and Shkodra.

On a national level, until now SP is bound to receive a total of 73 seats, DP 58 seats, SMI 7 seats and PSD 2 seats.
