The Minister of Infrastructure and candidate for MP in the electoral district of Tirana, was in Kombinat, where she gave a statement regarding SP’s win in this administrative division.

Minister Balluku called Kombinat a difficult zone, but was still able to win.

“We ask for support because we have worked and we asked for the vote for Edi Rama, instead of the circus. Kombinat is a difficult zone, because of the complexity and demographic changes and the new neighbourhood, the earthquake that destroyed parts of it, but we did our best. We will be on the ground every day in order to do everything that we have promised,” said the minister.

According to Balluku, this was a difficult campaign, but SP has listened to every citizen and has given a solution for their problems.

“This has been an atypical campaign, under the conditions of the pandemic, but we have listened to everyone and we have solved their problems. I am lucky because I have people that want the best for me, and the ones behind me believe and think the same as me,” said minister Balluku.
