DP’s candidate for MP, Ervin Salianji gave a statement for the media from the city of Korça, where he stated that he wasn’t happy with the result but that he was grateful for the votes of Korca’s citizens, despite the political pressure, as he said, of the abusive government.

“We would have liked more. Undoubtedly, we did all we could in order to achieve the best results. We are within our expectations and even over the expectations we had set as our objective,” – said Salianji.

DP’s candidate for MP thanked the structures of the Democratic Party and citizens because according to him, they were able to acquire a result that had been missing for a long time.

“We are democrats, democrats never give up. We will continue forward in order to make DP the winner as soon as possible,” – said Salianji.
