OSCE offers training to Albanian Police on drug traffic investigation

15 police officers from the Albanian State Police attended a training session on investigating drug cases, offered by the OSCE Presence in Tirana.

The OSCE Presence in our country announced that this training aimed to increase the capacity of the Albanian police in eliminating organized crime groups.

“The OSCE presence has dedicated 3/4th of its police training activities to threats coming of the organized crime. OSCE has also enabled the attendance of Albanian police officers in international training, to strengthen their professional capacities.

“The Presence has also contributed to the national action plan against the cultivation and trafficking of cannabis from the 2017-2020 period”, said the OSCE announcement.
