Albania has joined the call for the Days of Action on Global Food Security at the United Nations and will work to implement the targets coming from this call.

This was the statement of the Foreign Minister Olta Xhaxka at the ministerial level meeting in New York.

“The crisis poses a threat to the stability and peace in many countries and regions. We support the role of the UN as a key actor in addressing this crisis”, Xhacka said.

The Albanian minister also added that “Russia must know that the world stands united”.
