Earlier this morning, a bus carrying a total of 29 passengers en route from Bulgaria to Kosovo collided with a truck in the vicinity of Kyustendil – a small city in Bulgaria. 9 of the passengers are children.
So far, preliminary reports don’t point to any causalities, but the vehicles have suffered considerable damage.
A few weeks ago, a similar accident took place in Bulgaria, when a bus driver thought to have fallen asleep while driving, caused the bus to crash into a highway after which it caught on fire.
The fatal accident took the lives of 45 passengers, most of whom of Albanian origin.
