The meeting between chief negotiators from Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels came to a finish this Friday, without being able to come to an agreement on the license plates dispute between both countries, reports KosovaPress.
The news was confirmed by EU’s Special Envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, through a status on Facebook.
However, Lajcak added that talks marked an improvement in terms of other issues that will be discussed like energy.
In addition, he said that work will continue.
Kosovo’s delegation was led by Besnik Bislimi whereas Serbia’s delegation, by Petar Petkovic.
Meanwhile, until a new agreement could be reached, the sticker regime is set to stay in place.
