The Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazovic reiterated support for any sort of initiative that brings progress.

During his address at the Open Balkan summit, Abazovic held a positive stance when it comes to dialogue, but blamed past conflicts for the lack of cooperation among the countries in the region.

“Every initiative that brings progress will have the support of the government of Montenegro. We need to have a dialogue and cooperate in various activities. Conflicts have kept us far from cooperation, we need to do something to change that”, Abazovic said.

He also called on his Kosovar counterpart Albin Kurti to join the initiative, adding that he hopes to attend the next summit.
