Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku was on Tuesday at the offices of OSHEE to inspect the call center service in these offices, which aims to provide 24-hour service to citizens.
Balluku informed that the call center works in 3 shifts day and night and there are 200-500 complaints per day.
“I noticed that the chat box has 2,600 communications since the beginning of the year, which shows that it is a welcome service and should be promoted, but the call center is a more interactive service. From what I saw, the number you have is not easy to remember, so we will proceed with AKEP for a 3-digit number that anyone who has a problem can connect directly”, said Balluku.
