One hour past midnight, the head of the EU delegation to Albania, Luigi Soreca, visited the counting center at the National Museum in Tirana.
In a Twitter status, Ambassador Soreca reiterated his expectations that the process will be characterized by a high level of integrity and responsibility.

Representatives from various diplomatic missions in Albania, including US Ambassador Yuri Kim, are on the ground to monitor the ballot counting process.
