The EU Special Envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak wrote on Twitter that he spoke with PM Albin Kurti about the ‘way forward’ in normalizing ties with Belgrade as well as the recent agreement reached in Brussels.

Citizens living in the north of Kosovo, mainly ethnic Serbs, had not been paying their electricity bills since the war ended in 1999.
However, the new agreement targets this part and is believed to save up millions for the government of Kosovo.
