The Socialist Party (59.023%) won the electoral district of Vlora with around 27 000 votes ahead of the Democratic Party (31.52%) whereas the numbers of the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) (6.08%) shrunk considerably to only 6.200 votes, rendering it impossible for them to obtain a seat in the next Albanian parliament – click here to see a detailed interactive map of results
12 mandates in the electoral district of Vlora will be separated as follows:
From DP, Gëzim Ademaj (3.274 votes) got more than Arbi Agalliu, but he was ranked 5th in the preliminary list and around three thousand votes were needed to surpass the quotient.
This is the preliminary list of candidates that have won the mandate of Vlora, as CEC has yet to certify the results, depending on contests that might arise from particular political groups.
