As 40% of votes are counted in the electoral district of Elbasan, the Socialist Party is currently in the lead with 55% of votes. The Democratic Party coalition has until now received around 36% of votes whereas SMI 5%.

Until now, SP seems to have been the most voted party in this electoral district with a difference of more than 12 thousand votes, compared to the DP coalition.

Until now, 214 ballot boxes have been counted out of the total 511 in this district.
