The President of the country, Ilir Meta has called citizens to stay patient until the end results of this electoral process are finally published.

The head of state has also added that an intentional one-sided selection of ballot boxes is taking place.

“No vote must be altered in this counting process. Counters should not be influenced by the intentional selection of ballot boxes that aim to demoralize rivals. Everyone be patient until the end results are in. Every vote in the box will be counted and recounted until the end,” wrote the president.
