One year after its oath into office, the Rama 3 administration has so far fulfilled 13% of its promises.

Data processed by ALTAX, show that out of 79 programs, 10 have been implemented, 54 are in progress, whilst the other 15 have yet to start.

Mandatory English classes for all first-graders, increasing salaries in the health sector, removing single-use bags from the market, and tax relief for farmers are some of the objectives achieved in Education, Health, Environment, and Agriculture.

Meanwhile, in infrastructure and finance, the Kardhiq-Delvine road has been completed, work has begun on the construction of the Tirana-Rinas-Durres railway and the tax of up to 40,000 ALL has been removed.

On the other hand, massive vaccination against Covid-19, the removal of door-to-door inspections from businesses, and the subsidization of private gardens and young couples for the purchase of new homes, have not been approved yet.

ALTAX estimates that the ministries engaged in education, culture, justice, and social issues have had the best performance in the implementation of each of their respective programs.
