The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has returned to the Assembly after 11 months, after being under house arrest for almost a year.

Former Prime Minister Berisha has been very tight-lipped in front of the Albanian media, saying only “I enter, the metamorphosis comes out”.

He also spoke to an Italian media where he stated that he returns to “Ritorno a vinceremo” to win.

Today it is expected that the Assembly will vote on the budget article by article.
