Euronews Albania has found out that SPAK will be acquiring a copy of e-Albania\u2019s data, in order to verify if they are the same as the ones published.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, the Democratic Party made allegations against the Socialist Party, with the pretence that they are using the citizens\u2019 data that are deposited on the government portal e-Albania, for their electoral benefits.<\/p>\n<p>During a statement for the media, the former MP of the Democratic Party, Enkel Alibeaj dubbed this event a serious offense and violation of citizens\u2019 personal privacy. This is why he emphasized that DP is pursuing legal action against e-Albania and filing a lawsuit at SPAK.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, an official reaction for Euronews Albania has also come from the National Agency of the Organization of Information, denying all accusations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe National Agency of the Organization of Information ensures Albanian citizens that never, under any given circumstance, has it used their data that is at the disposal of the AKSH, and that they can not be used by political parties or the government for political or electoral purposes,\u201d emphasized AKSHI.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime, (SPAK) has started verifications regarding e-Albania\u2019s alleged misuse of personal data, following the accusations of the Democratic Party the previous day.
