\u201cNo one that calls themselves a citizen should wait for the crime to happen, for someone to come and discover it and say that it is happening. If the crime happens and you don\u2019t intervene, you are a collaborator with the author. The police that are stealing votes, are not going to prove anything. The case won\u2019t be investigated because the crime scene has been compromised. I saw on the media, the day of the incident, a box of ID cards lying in front of the car, and that box has disappeared,\u201d stated Manjani.<\/p>\n
His declaration led to many reactions from those present in the studio. According to Neritan Sejamini it is unforgivable for a party to organize an armed structure. He said that it \u201cis scandalous that people are killed because of vote-buying, when there are hundreds of other more important cases in the country than vote-buying\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cAdri Nurellari considers it crucially concerning that this incident happened in the presence of the police. He considers it \u201ca lack of professionalism\u201d while bringing up the problems of crime that have succumbed the city of Elbasan.
