I think it will all depend on the system that turns votes into seats for each district,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Neritan Sejamini added that the role of the Social-Democratic Party of Tom Doshi may prove to be crucial in the forming of the new government given a projection for 1-2 seats for his party, respectively in Tirana and Shkoder.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not clear how to classify the SDP \u2013 opposition or majority \u2013 but its role in the final outcome will be considerable as results are expected to be very close.
