This is the first time that we find ourselves in such a situation with a prime minister winning for the third time and an opposition losing for the third time. We need to undergo a transformation and face the truth as things cannot be solved by ousting Basha and replacing him with another\u201d, said M\u00ebhilli.<\/p>\n
While according to analyst Aleksand\u00ebr \u00c7ipa what needs change is the culture and the approach to the elections witnessed in Albania.<\/p>\n
