Therefore, Kosovo cannot serve as a guarantor, as it is being reported\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The President of Croatia, Zoran Milanovic, also said that he cannot give any guarantees on former Kosovar President Hashim Tha\u00e7i.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is impossible, I cannot give such a guarantee as this is not under my competence\u201d, he said at a press conference during a visit to Sisak.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am not an enemy of the Serbs, I\u2019ve never been, and I will never be. I just think that this is harmful.
