In her post, she mentioned the stagnation of the judicial body, being the Constitutional Court for 3 years calling it a \u2018paralysis\u2019 and continued by congratulating its work, since \u201cbecoming functional again in December 2020\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;After 3 years of paralysis, Constitutional Court became functional Dec 2020. Since then, the Court has reviewed 100 cases and issued 25 decisions,\u201d wrote the US ambassador&#8217;s post.<\/p>\n<p>US ambassador Kim continued her statement by saying that \u201ctough cases\u201d are still being processed, insinuating that we will be seeing more convictions in the high levels of corruption, in the upcoming future. Yuri Kim ended her post by saying that the US will continue to offer our country support until the total functionality of the justice system in Albania has been restored.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTough cases coming up. Justice reform is real.
