Let bilateral issues be handled bilaterally, without blocking the entire \ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddfa moving forward. Let\u2019s think strategically and realise: need to fulfill our obligations towards <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Albania?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Albania<\/a>\ud83c\udde6\ud83c\uddf1&amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/NorthMacedonia?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#NorthMacedonia<\/a> \ud83c\uddf2\ud83c\uddf0 NOW + have no interest in leaving strategic vacuum there.
