Kosovo has refused to partake in this initiative.<\/p>\n<p>Vucic said on Thursday that what he expects from this meeting is being able to reach certain joint decisions regarding taking necessary action in the face of natural catastrophes as well as contributing to an easier circulation of people, goods and capital.
