According to the Minister of Economy and Finance, Anila Denaj, the aim is to reform the sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a very important agreement that will allow us to continue the reforms on the electric-energy system, &#8211; a reform, which has been a leitmotif and objective of the Rama administration since its first mandate,\u201d said Anila Denaj, Minister of Economy and Finance.<\/p>\n<p>According to the minister, the reformation will include the separation of OSHEE from OST, the gradual opening of the retail sales market and the creation of a competitive energy marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t the first time that KESH takes a loan.
