The prime minister said that every public institution will be appointed individuals that will be responsible for the denouncement of cases of bribery while calling the call for a \u2018legalization of tips\u2019 an act of shamelessness.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaying that it is time we legalized bribes, is a true and significant message of the absolute necessity of the anti-corruption movements in all of our public system, which has begun to be felt and will spread even deeper. In addition, there can never be an absolute relativization of the medical staff, as the perception that they are all the same is false.
