In the latest questionnaire compiled by the Bank of Albania, 88 out of 100 responded that it is potentially impossible to buy or build a new home for themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Picked randomly, the answers of the respondents point to 4 optional alternatives. Based on figures, investment opportunities in the last two years have decreased significantly, mainly due to the pandemic, which rocked the economy amid throttling restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>But the reality of consumer savings and insecurity is not only displayed in major expenditures, but also in smaller purchases.
