The Central Electoral Commission fined 106 political parties with 1-2 million ALL each, for not submitting a financial report for 2020. 4 other parties were fined 50 thousand ALL for being past the deadline.<\/p>\n

The deadline for submitting these annual reports is March 31st<\/sup>, whilst the State Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi noted that these 106 parties \u201chaven\u2019t made any efforts to submit them before today\u2019s meeting.\u201d<\/p>\n

Out of these 106 political parties, which haven\u2019t presented a balance sheet, 11 of them were part of the electoral race on April 25th<\/sup> 2021:<\/p>\n

    \nPOSH Party\/ Ora e Shqiperise<\/em>;
    \n3. Albanian Democratic Union\/ Bashkimi Demokrat Shqiptar<\/em>;
    \n4. Agrarian Environmentalist Party \/ Partia Agrare Ambjentaliste e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb;
    \n<\/em>5. Democratic National Front\/ Balli Komb\u00ebtar Demokrat;<\/em>
    \n6. National Conservative Party Albania\/ Partia Komb\u00ebtare Konservatore Albania;<\/em>
    \n7. Movement for National Developement\/ Partia L\u00ebvizja p\u00ebr Zhvillim Komb\u00ebtar;<\/em>
    \n8. Albanian Emigration Party\/ Partia Emigracioni Shqiptar;<\/em>
    \n9. National Union of Albanian Pensioners\/ Partia Bashkimi Popullor i Pensionist\u00ebve Shqiptar;<\/em>
    \n10. Democratic Conviction\/ Partia Bindja Demokratike;
    \n<\/em>11. Albanian Democratic Movement\/ Partia \u201cL\u00ebvizja Demokratike Shqiptare\u201d;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The parties submitting their reports after March 31st<\/sup>:<\/p>\n

      \n2. Greek Ethnic Minority Party\/ Partia Minoriteti Etnik Grek<\/em> (02.04.2021);
      \n3. Solution party\/ Partia Zgjidhja<\/em> (12.04.2021);
      \n4. Green Party\/ Partia e Gjelb\u00ebr<\/em> (31.05.2021);<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The fines can be appealed within 3 days at the Commission of Appeals and Sanctions.<\/p>\n
