None of the 16 ministers of the Rama III newly formed government isn\u2019t currently under criminal investigation.<\/p>\n

This was the response forwarded to president Ilir Meta by SPAK, after his request to have all the ministers of Rama\u2019s new government verified.<\/p>\n

On Monday, the General Prosecution also responded to the president\u2019s request to verify the 16 cabinet ministers.<\/p>\n

In their response, the Prosecution emphasized that none of the names that were proposed by the prime minister \u2018have been prosecuted\u2019.<\/p>\n

After forming the new parliament, President Meta mandated Rama to create his new government as the leader of the winning party coming out the general elections of April 25th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

If the names of Rama\u2019s III government cabinet will be decreed by president Meta, then Parliament will be the last body to have a word regarding their legitimacy, by holding a vote.<\/p>\n
