The criminology expert reiterated that state institutions could have oriented better the 21-year-old, in terms of education, social support, and even vocation.<\/p>\n<p>The third is the \u201ccycle of criminality\u201d. According to Karamuca, the young man should have been even more under guidance, given that he was a two-time convicted felon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fourth is the cycle of criminal justice.
