I ask myself, when will our police come back? KFOR going to the border crossings reminds me of one of Kurti\u2019s speeches in Parliament, when he said that having KFOR [instead of our police] deployed in the north, only serves the Serbian agenda in that part of the country \u2013 said Pacolli.<\/p>\n<p>Pacolli also spoke about his fear that the agreement on the association of Serb-majority communes in Kosovo will be signed exactly according to the demands made by the Serbian side.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve legalized something that we\u2019ve previously considered illegal. We\u2019ve legalized something that isn\u2019t Kosovar, that isn\u2019t constitutional. I\u2019m afraid that what has been happening won\u2019t even be put up for debate.
