According to the minister, the country has planned to expand into global markets by the end of October.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement for the press after the government meeting, the finance minister said that the law for the Eurobond is set to be presented in parliament and that the goal for its use will be to guarantee the state budget including assistance for the education system, infrastructure, etc. In addition, the bond will also be used in next year\u2019s budget.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis isn\u2019t a process that begins now. It\u2019s the fifth time we enter global markets in order to procure foreign currency funds and this has been a test for our government, that will test our credibility in the global foreign markets.
