We need a communication strategy, especially when speaking to students. The word \u2018mandatory\u2019 is too commanding and give off an adversary effect to the human psyche,\u201d \u2013 said Shaqiri.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, professor Shaqiri stated that there\u2019s a clear hesitation from students to vaccinate.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope we come to a concrete decision. We shouldn\u2019t favor those that are vaccinated over those that aren\u2019t.
