This is set to happen very soon and you will soon be able to see that Albania will get the funding it\u2019s asking for, but just like the IMF says, when it comes to the capital markets, Albania is a low-risk market,\u201d \u2013 said Rama.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Rama noted that the energy crisis does exist, even though consumers haven\u2019t noticed a rise in prices yet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is a crisis and you\u2019ll see in the upcoming days, that it\u2019s not only the energy prices that are on the rise but there\u2019s also a shortage of supply relative to demand.
