None of the local budgets will be approved in case they do not include cleaning costs\u201d, declared Rama.<\/p>\n<p>The head of the government clarified that from a financial perspective none of the municipalities have problems with daily waste management.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf the entire budget were to go to cleaning, so be it. There is nothing else more important than that\u201d, he added.<\/p>\n<p>Rama also warned mayors that failure to fulfill these responsibilities will lead to prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe law clearly stipulates that mayors have the responsibility, while municipalities can be financially sanctioned by law for these misdemeanors. Sanctions can include taking under administration the town hall and also taking the mayor to the Prosecutor\u2019s Office.
