He\u2019s been expelled. If Sali Berisha wants to build upon a new concept with these people, he should form his own party\u201d, the analyst stated.<\/p>\n<p>Bushati saw Berisha\u2019s return as a leader as \u201ca major step back\u201d, but added that the decision belongs to the Democrats.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf they become a majority, then they have a right to get over the party, regardless of how we perceive their political tendencies.
