Its total cost: 4.6 billion ALL.<\/p>\n<p>The actual cost of the Llogara tunnel is expected to reach 19.4 billion ALL that will be paid through the State Budget for the next 4 consecutive years.<\/p>\n<p>The Budget has allocated another 1.7 billion ALL for the unfinished portion of the Grand Tirana Ring.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other projects set to receive funding from the 2022 Budget are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bypass of Shkoder<\/p>\n<p>Bypass of Tepelena<\/p>\n<p>Kardhiq-Delvina Road<\/p>\n<p>Remaining part of Kor\u00e7a-Erseka road<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concessions that will be funded by the 2022 Budget are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arber Road<\/p>\n<p>Milot-Morine Road<\/p>\n<p>Orikum-Dukat Road<\/p>\n<p>Milot-Balldre Road<\/p>\n<p>The majority of these projects are expected to end by 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2022 State Budget has foreseen 12 billion ALL (around \u20ac100 million euro) around for the construction and maintenance of roads.
