Schafer invested \u20ac9.700 euros, with the hopes of multiplying them, which never happened and they were instead transferred to an account in Lithuania.<\/p>\n<p>At a time when the Prosecution is still conducting investigations and has yet to release an official statement for their German homologs, Euronews Albania has gotten ahold of a testimony from a former employee of a Call Center office in our country, which made use of these same scamming tactics.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the beginning, we would learn about the foreign exchange market in non-Albanian webpages, and call people from abroad that had registered in an online platform. We then invited them to make an investment. Many of them invested in hopes of multiplying their returns, but this never happened and they never got their investment back or their earnings,\u201d \u2013 said the former employee.<\/p>\n<p>The young people getting hired in these types of jobs get a base income of around \u20ac500 euros, and they get told at first that they will be working in telemarketing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt first, no one really knew what was going on behind closed doors, because entry-level operators don\u2019t have much information.
