Macedonia to launch accession talks by 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thirteen members of the US Congress signed a letter asking Bulgaria to \u201cput differences aside\u201d and \u201csupport the integration of Albania and North Macedonia\u201d into the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>In a letter sent to the Bulgarian Ambassador to the US, Tihomir Stoychev, the House Representatives who are also members of the US House Foreign Affairs Committee, note that Bulgaria needs to solve the dispute with North Macedonia as soon as possible, as it is also affecting Albania&#8217;s accession bid.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Today my colleagues and I sent a letter to the Bulgarian Ambassador to the US, Tihomir Stoytchev, urging <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Bulgaria?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Bulgaria<\/a> to find a resolution to the dispute that is preventing <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/NorthMacedonia?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#NorthMacedonia<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Albania?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Albania<\/a> from starting <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/EU?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#EU<\/a> accession talks.
