These were the remarks of Kosovo\u2019s PM, Albin Kurti during an interview for the Croatian press, Vecernji List, where he was invited to comment on the Open Balkan initiative.<\/p>\n<p>In regards to Open Balkan, Kurti stated that it is truly an open Balkan, but in the sense that it is open to Russian influence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow can the Balkans be open when Serbia remains closed to Kosovo? It doesn\u2019t recognize our passports, our IDs, our diplomas, certificates, or stamps. The Balkans can only be open after Serbia opens up to Kosovo.
