Each country can now donate doses to Albania through more relaxed procedures.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis kind of alleviation will be bilateral. Countries will be giving donations to Albania by notifying Pfizer,\u201d \u2013 stated the former health minister, Eugena Tomini.<\/p>\n<p>At the moment, 33% of the Albanian population has been administered both doses of the vaccine.
