Tirana\u2019s District Police ordered the arrest of Orges Drazhni, a friend of 29-year-old, Jurgen Duka who was shot and killed yesterday, in a convenience store in the capital city.<\/p>\n

The 36-year-old was arrested on charges of \u2018withholding information about a crime\u2019 because it was proved that he was present at the crime scene.<\/p>\n

Sources tell Euronews Albania that in the beginning, Drazhi had in fact been the primary suspect for the murder of Jurgen Duka.<\/p>\n

The tragic incident took place in the early hours of Tuesday morning, at Rd. \u2018Irfan Tomini\u2019 in the capital city.<\/p>\n

Jurgen Duka is thought to have been highly intoxicated when he entered the store accompanied by a friend, and after a heated debate with officer Arber Sula, during which insults were exchanged, the latter shot Duka, who died in hospital shortly after.<\/p>\n

Police records have confirmed that the victim had a previous precedent and criminal history, although no further information was given in terms of what that may have been.<\/p>\n
